Don Wands is committed to providing our customers with quality products.
If your order was damaged in shipping YOU MUST Contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement. Beyond 48 hours of delivery confirmation, all sales are final. Once we receive and verify that the item is in fact damaged we will gladly replace the damaged item. Replacements will be shipped via the most inexpensive shipping method; customer may request expedited shipping at their expense. We do not cross ship any replacements; we must receive the item(s) in question and verify the condition before we ship a replacement.
Place the damaged item(s) in the original packaging/shipping materials and contact us, we will issue an RMA number authorizing the replacement of any damaged item(s). We will not, under any circumstance, accept returned items missing an RMA number or any of the original packaging materials. Once we receive and verify that the item is in fact damaged we will gladly replace the damaged item.
